Who we share your data with

If you register your support for our proposals, your name, postcode and email address may be disclosed to the public organisations responsible for deciding on the future of Mill Road. These organisations include but may not be limited to Cambridge City Council, Cambridgeshire County Council and the Greater Cambridge Partnership.

If you report a parking incident to us about a taxi which we then pass onto the local taxi licencing authority, we will pass on your name, postal and email addresses to the licencing authority.

We will not disclose any other information about you to these or any other organisation or individual – unless required to do so by law.

How we use your data

If you consent when you sign up as a supporter, from time to time we will send you email updates about the progress of the campaign, and we will use the email address you provide to do this.  You can stop us from contacting you at any time by using the unsubscribe link included on all of our emails.

We may occasionally contact you by telephone including by text message or WhatsApp to give us an opportunity to discuss our campaigning work with you. If you would rather we did not do this, just let us know.

If you report a parking incident to us, we may use your email address to contact you about our campaigning work.

Your personal data will be stored securely on our website’s and email provider’s (brevo.com) database.

How long we retain your data

We will securely retain your data for the duration of the campaign.

What rights you have over your data
